Very bad wet area maintenance. The men’s shower area is third world and has been for the past ten years. The spas are out of action more than they are in service and management think it’s ok to treat their customers like this given few other gyms with pools in the area. This is how they roll!

I started training with Beau in February and it's been a great experience. He's professional, knowledgeable, and knows how to structure sessions that deliver real results. My personal trainer Beau was such a delight. He took the time to totally create a routine perfect for my needs. He was knowledgeable and professional. I am already feeling stronger and healthier from my choice to join the gym. Chris on the staff team was a total champ organizing gym passes for my friends to come check and work out with me. It’s got a pool. It’s got a sauna. It’s got two spas. Sparkling staff and personal trainers. What else could you want ? 10 stars every body.

Honestly wasn't sure about signing up at first. I'd had a pretty average experience at other gyms before and wasn't keen on getting locked into another membership that I'd end up not using. What changed my mind was how straightforward everyone was with me. No pushy sales pitch, no confusing contract stuff. And then there's Conor - I don't even fully know what his role is there or what the guy does, but he is just always around the gym and his energy is great. Bloke just has an aura about him that makes the whole place feel more welcoming. Best decision I've made this year. The facilities are genuinely next level - equipment's always clean and available, the vibe is great, and I've actually been showing up consistently. Can't recommend it enough if you're on the fence.

Very spacious gym with pool and reform Pilates. Not busy when I went during the day on a weekday. Only thing is the top gym floor seems to have no aircon so in the middle of the day sun it was like a hot room Good sized car park too
