I booked the $500 couples package 5 days ago but the venue cancelled my booking just one hour before my scheduled appointment. By that time, I was already on my way, so they completely wasted my time and disrupted my plans. What makes this even more disappointing is their unfair policy. According to their terms, if I want to reschedule my booking, I have to pay a $50 rescheduling fee. However, when the business changes or cancels my booking at the last minute, they face no consequences and offer absolutely no compensation to the customer. That is clearly a double standard. To make matters worse, they suggested that I use their public bath instead. I paid $500 specifically for a private experience, not to use a shared public facility. That is simply not an acceptable substitute for what I booked. Overall, the customer service was extremely disappointing. Last-minute cancellation, no compensation, and no reasonable solution. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Do not recommend the couples massage - not worth it β€’ 30mins before appt told to come one hour later, when we arrived therapist was busy for another 15mins and gave no introduction to the experience. β€’ The floral milk bath was not as described - it was a plain bath with limes(?). β€’ Light/heater in the bath area did not work so it was dark and cold. β€’ We weren't instructed on how to use the infrared sauna, and it switched off midway through. β€’ During the body scrub and massage, the therapist left the room multiple times to take phone calls. Just not really as described, emailed to try and work out a partial refund which they agreed to but then did not follow through. Therapists were nice though Ultimately disorganised and not very customer oriented.

I went here for my very 1st time today as my son gave me a voucher. I was greeted with friendly ladies who were very helpful helping me choose which treatment would suit me. I had body, head and foot message. Wow was amazing. I have never had a message like it. They are very professional. I even had a beautiful milk bath covered in rose petals with chocolate, lemon water tea in the most beautiful cup and pot over tea light to keep it warm with honey and lemon. Was so relaxed. Loved the fact it was for women only. Will definitely go again as my skin feels so smooth and stress free .

Today, I had my first experience at this spa through a friend's recommendation. The atmosphere was very relaxing and pleasant, and the space was well-organized, making the treatment comfortable without any inconvenience. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the therapist who took care of my treatment was highly skilled and professional. After the treatment, I felt my fatigue melt away, and my skin became noticeably softer and clearer. They also provided refreshing water afterward, allowing me to relax fully before leaving. I would love to visit again if I get the chance.

I had a fantastic relaxing and pampering day. This place is worth visiting. The ambience and the services from the time I arrived till the time I left was amazing. The staff are all friendly, informative, professional, helpful smiling and very pleasant. I was so relaxed during my massage and facial that I fell a sleep. Time well spent
