He is a knowledgeable, professional, and caring registered Chinese medicine practitioner who took the time to understand my health concerns and provided a treatment plan that really helped. Since starting treatment with him, my health has improved significantly, and I feel much better overall. I truly appreciate his expertise and compassionate care. Absolutely unacceptable customer service — zero professionalism and communication skills. It’s clear your staff are either not trained properly or simply don’t care about customers. I expected basic competence, but what I received was the opposite. If this is the standard you consider acceptable, it’s a serious reflection on your management.
