Don’t try to book with Dr miza he’s a good Dr but receptionist never replies on phone says there is an appointment and when u reach she would act disrespectful and say u didn’t confirm it as I said book the appointment receptionist is the worst never replies on phone called more then 5times

I honestly don’t know where to begin. I am a professional in my field. I have consulted many doctors over 25 years, Dr Baig is one of those rare doctors who looks at you as a whole person, not just a symptom. From head to toe, every issue I brought to him was addressed with a level of depth and structure that felt like I was seeing a specialist each time. Sometimes I wondered whether I was consulting a radiologist, endocrinologist, psychiatrist, gastroenterologist or dermatologist. The breadth and applied knowledge is phenomenal. What impressed me most was his structured approach. He didn’t just treat the surface problem. He kept digging respectfully and methodically until the underlying cause of an issue I had been dealing with for years was finally identified. No one had connected the dots before. He did. He has a way of listening that makes you feel completely comfortable. I was able to explain things openly, without hesitation. He is humble, grounded and never rushed in his thinking. I waited 1.5 hours in a waiting room after making two appointments. When I got to the shared workspace for the appointment in the dymocks building I checked in on an iPad and texted the number as designated on the reception desk where no one was in attendance. I then called the phone number as listed in the website and google with no answer. The doctor never arrived so don’t waste your time like I did expecting to have an appointment.

Had a 140pm appointment and showed up on time and checked in on iPad. 20 Mins with no sign of anyone I told the receptionist I was here. She seemed like she had no idea and said you should be next: the doctor had no patients the whole time. 25 mins later I had to knock on the door to say it’s now been 45 mins and he saw me immediately. He had no idea I was there. The appointment was pretty ordinary too. Thankfully bulk billed but will be going elsewhere. He said the receptionist was new but it was terrible service. I asked to be emailed the photos and confirmed my address, they never came. I followed up the next day via email and again nothing. Horrible service. Worst thing was the doctor said I had some suspicious but not dangerous moles to book another appointment to biopsy. I sought second opinion with a real skin cancer specialist and within 5 minutes he confirmed no biopsy required and they are not at all a concern. I recommend skipping the bulk billing here and go somewhere else

I recently had an appointment at this clinic, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. Despite booking the earliest possible time to avoid delays with the consultation of receptionist a week ago, I still had to wait while another patient, who had an appointment the day before, was prioritized. It seems they do not value their patients' time, and long wait times have become a regular occurrence. We all have commitments and work, yet the clinic does not seem to accommodate this. It’s disappointing, and I won’t be returning. If I could give negative stars, I would. I highly recommend avoiding this clinic. Don’t fall the five stars.
