Alex and team worked with us a significant renovation to my small federation era semi located in Mosman. It was not a straightforward scope that included remediating existing termite damage, excavating sandstone below our subfloors where there was insufficient clearance, restumping and rebuilding our subfloors and roughing in our kitchen for a full replacement. Alex was reliable, easy to communicate with, responsive, solution oriented and directly hands on the tools. He had experience with houses of this era and completed the project within a reasonable timeframe (given some unexpected challenges along the way). I would highly recommend Alex and use him again for jobs of this nature.

Asiv did an outstanding job completing our terrace renovation - they were thorough and professional, and the quality of workmanship is excellent. Not just the quality, but also their genuine sense for the details and aesthetics. We’re so happy with the outcome. We found that they anticipated many issues before they arose, and solved problems creatively so the job went smoothly. Alex is also a genuinely nice guy and we found him easy to communicate with.
