Great team, fast turn around but caution with high value items. Request my tuxedo be treated with care given the silk/wool material but unfortunately it’s been heat pressed and flattened with a normal iron which has ruined the form. Sadly nothing can be done, so approach with caution.

Don’t take your clothes here! Dropped off two jackets five weeks ago and came in twice to pick them up without success. They said they’re still not done and when I’ve asked to cancel and just get my jackets back they said it’s not an option as they are in the process of being cleaned.. When I pressed that I really needed them they said to come back next week (for the third time). Not happy with the service and helpfulness. Would definitely not recommend

Highly Recommend- fantastic service and super reliable. I actually organised laundry service remotely - first time have used H2O. The customer service was exceptional it was super easy to do and they washed, folded, delivered the washing better than promised. Will definitely continue to use their services and definitely recommend this business to anyone else looking for laundry services.
