From day one, she provided a rare level of genuine care and empathy, even connecting me with additional support services to help rebuild my confidence. Truly, the most inconsistent experience transitioning out of needing their services. I was previously able to swap my face to face meeting for a phone call considering my employment conditions had changed. I’ve since been appointed another follow up face to face appointment and rang to request we swap that to a phone call appointment again. I spoke with Jackie and she firmly disregarded any possibility of doing so, completely dishonouring the fact that a colleague of hers/ my case manager had previously granted the change in appointment type.

We have worked with Christine, Oxana and Kaitlyn for disability employment services from Asuria, Bondi. After a bad experience with another service provider we were wary, but have had amazing support and service from this team! They really did what was promised in getting to know my son and his personality and needs and helped connect him to opportunities we would have never found on our own. They coached him for job interviews and are now providing workplace support above and beyond. I've also been super impressed and grateful for their continued caring communication with my son, being an ear for him, advocating for, encouraging and coaching him. Thank you so much!

very unfriendly and unhelpful receptionist that thinks she knows a lot for her young age. I felt discriminated and ashamed that I am middle aged and unemployed after raising 4 children. They dont offer help they just want you to get anxiety after demanding your job search is inadequate and find more or you dont get paid - I am now nervous of where the future will be for all of us with young ignorant people deciding our fate or if we will eat next week
