Installed ESS batteries [40kWh++] by Aussie Solar. Can not emphasise enough the quality of the batteries and their performance to date. After 4 months, I assessed daily & TEST-ed extensively [as I always do with new toys] the capability and performance of my acquisition. In hindsight, with an understanding the "wholesale energy market", had I the opportunity to go for larger a battery capacity, I would have. There was a small hiccup at the beginning as I have 2 solar systems installed. However, but the team lead by Chem advanced admirably over these issues and blended the 2 systems into 1 very strong and functional array of Storage with a Grid Export opportunity. Thanks to Aussie Batteries, the local Brisbane installer and "Chem", who lead a team of guys. All the team were great problem solvers and very experienced. Well done, Aussie Solar

Overall experience was smooth. Staff were friendly and professional. From my initial contact with their sales agent to interfacing with the technicians who installed the battery and inverter, the process was easy and clear. No hidden and surprise charges. As a customer, you need to read and understand all the information laid out in the quote and ask questions when something is not clear which I did and the staff were happy to clarify them to me. I love the Solis app too. Post installation service by Solis inverter tech team is also available when you need help.

Absolutely Loved the whole process with Aussie Solar. After being strung along by there competitor for months on my solar install, i jumped on board with Aussie at my brothers recommendation. The process moved along like a finely tuned machine from the lodging of all my documentation to finding an installer (i had 13.1Kw all black Panels, 10 Kw inverter and 42Kw battery) to the install quality and dealing with there installers, to after install and payment i have been amazed at how great they have been. All the equipment is compact and sleek in comparison to others i have seen in the similar pricing category and the install quality is amazing. i will definitely be recommending to everybody i know. I may be showing my age a bit but believe me when i say it brightens my day to open my app and see how much im saving on Electricity since the install. we were using on average 25-30kw per day and have used less then 5kw total grid power since install. I had a massive 40kWh Fox ESS battery system installed late last year to pair with my solar panels and help power my home and Tesla, and the results have been absolutely phenomenal. You can see from my app stats how much it has optimized my grid usage! I really want to give a special shoutout to their Sales Manager Jason. From day one, he was incredibly meticulous. He took the time to provide a deeply detailed introduction to the system, ensuring it perfectly matched my heavy energy needs. The customer service didn’t stop at the sale, either—he personally followed up and closely monitored the entire installation process to make sure everything was executed flawlessly. The installation is incredibly neat (as you can see in the photos), and the system is performing exactly as promised. Highly recommend this team if you want top-tier service and professional execution!

From the first day I got in touch with Jeff, he was professional and believed in his product. Other suppliers kept boasting and running down each other, Jeff never did that, he had confidence in his product, even when I told him I've got a better quote elsewhere, he just competed. I made my decision based on my interaction with Jeff and obviously, the excellent reviews. Yesterday the boys came to install my Fox ESS 42KW battery/10KW inverter, James and Omar. They first told me the process and that they would need to whole day to install. Throughout the process they were very polite and kept me updated of their progress. Later in the afternoon, Anthony showed up (the master electrician as they called him), to ensure that the boys had done everything to perfection. At the end of the job, they removed every bit of work rubbish. They hooked me onto the Fox Cloud 2.0 app and showed me how to use it. When James was in the ceiling, he noticed that one of my rafters was splitting badly, he took photos and handed over to me repeating that I must look into it urgently as it is a safety issue, this is going over and beyond his scope of work. I have no hesitation in recommending Aussie Solar B
