A few days ago, Solar Junction installed a new FoxESS 10 kW hybrid inverter and six CQ7 batteries at my property. The entire installation was completed, tested, and commissioned in just six hours. The team did an excellent job. They were highly professional, worked efficiently, left everything clean and tidy, and took the time to explain the system before they left. I would especially like to thank Paul from the sales team. From our very first conversation, he impressed me with his professionalism, technical knowledge, and prompt communication. He was easy to deal with, and most importantly, we were able to agree on all the contract terms to my complete satisfaction. This stood out to me because I had previously tried to sign contracts with several other companies, but those negotiations fell through, mainly due to the contract conditions. I chose Solar Junction because of their strong technical knowledge, straightforward sales process, excellent communication, professional installation team, and the fact that the installation was scheduled just one week after signing the contract. Installation in Perth WA: The initial process was positive, with good communication and support from Paul. The installation was completed on 17/07/2026; however, since then I have been experiencing ongoing issues with the system. The battery appears to be charging from the grid, even showing as charging after sunset, and it is not discharging overnight as expected. I reported the issue and an installation team was sent out to investigate. Following their visit, the system worked correctly for one day, but the problem soon returned. Currently, the battery remains at 100% charge, yet my property continues to be supplied from the grid instead of the battery. I have been trying to contact the service team for the past four days to resolve the issue, but I have received no response or support. While the installation process itself was satisfactory, the lack of ongoing technical support and communication has been extremely disappointing. Update: Was contacted immediately after my initial review and all issues sorted

Great experience with the installation of a solar system and 25 kw battery. Very good communication particularly with Jeff from office and Alex from the installation team. Professional people with positive attitude. System is working perfectly, installation was performed 3 weeks ago.

Solar Junction was recommended to us by a friend. We did everything via email and over the phone. They were so patient with me and explained everything step by step. I'm always a bit sceptical of making purchases that aren't face to face so it was good that they understood this. The installers were amazing and I would recommend them anytime. Bright Air Solar and Electrical! They listened to our thoughts on the best placement of the panels and gave us great advice. Looking at the unit from the street it looks neat and tidy and you can't see how many panels are actually there. Thanks guys.
