I’ve had an excellent experience dealing with Darren and Simon at AutoTech World Square. The level of service and communication has been consistently clear, honest, and very professional throughout what has been a bit of a complex mechanical situation with my vehicle. The workshop itself is located in Sydney city, World Square Car Park, which at first can seem a little unconventional, but it’s actually very convenient once you know it. It can be accessed via either the Goulburn Street or Pitt Street entrance ramps, and importantly, parking is effectively included as part of the service so there are no separate parking fees to worry about. What really stands out is their knowledge and approach. Darren and Simon are clearly very experienced mechanically and technically, but just as importantly, they are never dismissive. They take the time to listen and understand exactly what you’re trying to achieve with the vehicle, which is something I really value. In my case, I’m fairly hands-on and actively maintain my own car, with up-to-date knowledge of servicing, maintenance history, and mechanical work. I’ve been bringing my cars to Autotech World Square for over 5 years, and their service has been consistently outstanding. The team is professional, honest, and incredibly thorough — they clearly explain what needs to be done and what can be safely deferred. Their pricing is very reasonable given where they are located, and I appreciate the transparency in their billing. The workshop is conveniently located in Haymarket, making servicing and pink slip inspections easy and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy car care.

Did my pink slip inspection here today. Such a great experience. Darren, the manager, was very responsive during booking process and professional overall. I was able to book for 8am the next business day and AutoTech team was able to inspect the car right away, so I didn’t even have to leave the car. The location is super convenient, right in CBD with a shopping centre above (good option to spend the time while waiting for the car). Thank you for the great experience! Will definitely be back!
