Bloody annoying that I can't get thru to Head Office to find missing 20,000 flybuys bonus points. Called midday Wednesday and it told me I've called outside of normal business hours and hangs up on me ‼️

Worst experience at a tyre service centre ever, ever, ever. I booked in to get 2 front tyres and a wheel alignment. Decided to buy 4 tyres that were not even advertised. Dropped car off, told them to take their time and waited for the message to pickup my car. I picked up the car after I parted with $3.2k and noticed that the wheels hadn’t been properly cleaned. Got home and checked the tyre pressures and they were all different. There was no tyre blackener on the tyres. It was a shocking experience. Contacted H.O. and they didn’t even suggest that I return to get my issues resolved. This German owned business seems to have cultural issues? I wish now that I had supported a local small businesses rather than a German conglomerate that simply didn’t really care. Never again, NEVER.

Disappointed After Years of Loyalty – MyCar Sunnybank Hills I’ve been a loyal customer of MyCar Sunnybank Hills for over 8 years, having all my car servicing and maintenance done through them, including my most recent visit where I had all four tyres replaced. However, my trust in this centre was seriously shaken yesterday. While at the shopping centre, I heard a strange noise coming from one of my tyres — it sounded like a nail might have punctured it. Concerned, I took the car straight to the garage. To my disappointment, the manager was dismissive and uninterested. Despite explaining that I was a regular customer and had just replaced my tyres there, I was told they were too busy to even take a quick look. No courtesy, no concern, no attempt to reassure or offer help — just a blunt refusal. After years of being a loyal and trusting customer, I found this treatment unacceptable. A good business not only does the job well, but also values its long-time customers — especially in situations where safety might be involved. Sadly, I am now seriously reconsidering whether I will continue servicing my car at MyCar Sunnybank Hills.

I had my transmission rebuilt by mycar at a cost of $2400+ only to have it fail before Xmas. It then took mycar at Rosanna 4 days to get it towed back. Next day they said it was fixed, said it was an electrical problem. I drove it less than 5km up the road and it failed again. It then took a further two days to tow it to Airport West mycar (I no longer trusted Rosanna mycar) as I have used them a lot in the past and Christian and his team are fantastic. Then I was told that the earliest my car could be diagnosed was the 9th Jan 2023. I contacted customer support and was told rudely by Sofia in customer support that I could not have a loan car until after the car was diagnosed. This left me without a car and I have had to hire cars and that was difficult at that time of year as well as expensive. I have made a formal complaint with consumer affairs.

Dear Mycar Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment following a very unpleasant experience at your Point Cook Victoria 3040 branch today. Upon arriving at the service desk with my wife, we were met by two staff members whose body language and facial expressions clearly conveyed disinterest and a lack of willingness to assist. It felt as though our presence was more of an inconvenience than a valued customer interaction. I approached the counter to confirm a booking I had made online the previous evening for my car service scheduled next week. One of the staff members, who appeared to be the manager, responded with an inappropriate and dismissive attitude. He looked at us and said, “Are you talking to me or to him?” while pointing to the other team member. I replied that I would like assistance from either of them. There was no one else at the desk when we arrived, and we expected a more welcoming response. When I provided the car registration number on my phone, he insisted I read it out loud instead. After doing so, he claimed there was no booking in the system and asked again when the booking was made. When I clarified that it was done online the previo
