I had a really good experience staying at the hostel. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a friendly atmosphere. The staff were helpful and welcoming, which made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. A special thank you to Shella for being so kind, friendly, and helpful. She made me feel welcome and was always happy to assist whenever I needed anything. Her customer service was excellent and really made a difference to my stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hostel to other travellers and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the whole team, especially Shella, for the great hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Customer Service was great. Dean was very helpful and easy to talk too. Room was nice and the blackout curtains were good . The Darlinghurst one did not have that so that was a plus. There was just a smell in the room but I could ignore it.

I had no problems at all during entire process. They are also readily available by phone for any concerns. I really enjoyed my stay and upon checking out, Zarlee and Shella were very nice and professional. Thank you. Will definitely return if I find the opportunity.

Azzuro Pod is a great place to stay if you are on a very tight budget and are looking for a short stay. The rooms themselves are small but they are exceptional for their cheap prices. The highlight of the experience, however, is the exceptional hospitality. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome. Specifically, Joana provided incredible service when booking for a very late night stay. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made a huge difference, as she was always ready to help when needed. If you are looking for a seamless stay in a unique setting, this hotel is a fantastic pick.
