The manager Tim was so helpful and accommodating. The place met all my needs and was positioned very close to a mini village of shops, which was most helpful.

Great location - bus stops right at corner , cafes , restaurants and bakery on the corner and an easy 10 minute walk up to military road , a good 25 minute walk to zoo but you could get a bus from milatry road to zoo Easy walk down the hill to the ferry as well but wouldnt want to walk up that hill with luggage! Was easy to follow all the given directions for keys and finding everything Room 8 was quiet at back and everything is provided including a good coffee machine and pods A few maintenance issues such as bedside lights and windows but have emailed owner so hopefully they will rectify that for next guests Cleaning fee a bit steep considering

Incredible location, right near shops, it was so convenient. Older apartment, but the facilities were excellent & we were very comfortable. Parking was easy and adequate outside on the street if we didn't get one of the building's available car parks The only negative was that the shower was hot and cold.

Stayed in unit 3 studio. The location is fine, couple of shops on the corner and 10min walk to the main area. The unit however has black mould all over the bathroom. No extractor fan. The bathroom drains flooded throughout the entire bathroom and water took hours to go down. This was a reoccurring issue.The kitchen utensils were in the draw were dirty and the dishwasher was not clean. The dishcloth and tea towel smelt bad and unclean. You can absolutely everything in the other units next door. It's a tired place that really is priced too high for what is on offer. We aren't fussy people but felt a tent would have been nicer and left a day early. A couch would have been nice, it would fit in the space. The communication with the owners was responsive however which we'd say was the only positive.
