Took my girlfriend out to have some drinks and enjoy a bit but guess what , it just turned opposite . Firstly , I wanted to mention about customer service which is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I know it’s just 10 but you’re still selling the drinks right ? We were not very welcomed by the lady staff working there and she was rushing to take the payment instantly we order one drink , no any explanations about the drinks , no any advice nothing just pushing to close up the things . I don’t know may be bad day for us but the service was apparently the worst .

Overnight stay at the PARKROYAL and chose to do quick easy dinner snacks here at the bar with a couple of drinks. Service was great, but I’d say the bar menu is a bit too fried and fast food style as opposed to having healthy options. The service timeframe from ordering to table delivery was really good, but the food was just ok not fantastic. Given the price point of the food, it fell below our expectations.

Could this be the worst buffet restaurant in Sydney? My experience relates to a the $109 per adult prepaid and booked Mother’s Day lunch 2024. Queuing up for one hour just to be seated having prepaid is ridiculous. The wait staff appear to be very inexperienced and the overall feeling is that this is the first time for many of them in this industry. The food was bland, and quickly ran out as it was obvious the function was under-catered. Food was not replenished and did not live up to the hype. Coffee machines did not work and the endless waiting. There were many disappointed customers, I suggest you save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere.

We were surprised by the quality (good) of our lunch. The chicken burgers we had were tasty with fresh ingredients and the flavors went well. Service was a little slow but overall it didn't impact my rating here. If you are a hotel guest you should try this place if you don't have the chance to get into town.

We had nibbles from the Bar Tapas menu as we weren't very hungry and it was just enough for us. We ordered the smoked salmon croquette and the crispy spiced chicken tenders with peri peri sauce. The food was a little lack lustre and oily but the ambiance picked up the slack. We must have come on a good luck night as there was live music and this talented guitarist and singer enticed us into the establishment in the first place. Sitting on the balcony listening to the live music sipping drinks wasn't a bad way to spend an Saturday evening in Parramatta.
