Highly Recommend - their service was very professional, sensitive, helpful with much kindness and understanding, every step of the cremation process was handling with no faults and instant help either via email or calls. My Dashboard was easy to use and provided excellent information involving this process. Even with the billing & payment I was treated with respect and I would use BARE again if needed. Thank you to all the dedicated staff whom helped me.

Fast Effective and on the spot company, beautiful and very empathic people behind the scenes working to arrange all necessary things needed to plan a funeral at a very fast pace when and where it is needed. Michelle Murphy is a lovely person, for the Sydney and Gong area, thank you for your help, and also thank you very much for putting me in touch with Jennifer McGregor, the funeral celebrant person that assisted me daily with my need up to the end of it all. The only downer was that I was not informed via email or phone of the date of cremation, which occurred 24hrs later after funeral service, it would have been nice to know about it, but at least the ashes delivery was done fast and in person. Thank you again

I would like to say Thank you to Bare for their wonderful, caring and professional service provided to me after losing Mum this year . My first phone call , I spoke to Holly , who was so kind and supportive. Later , I spoke with Kate , who guided me through the whole process. All of the team members were kind and compassionate and I’m so glad that I called Bare to help me through this difficult time .

I purchased a funeral plan for myself and terminally ill husband some time ago so I knew I would experience both the buying and using side. When I discussed our plans I was listened to with empathy and understanding. At no time during my first conversation did I feel at all pressured to purchase a plan. All my questions were answered and I felt confident and reassured knowing that when I needed to make arrangements after my husband passed away everything would be taken care of. I made the phone call and as I was told when I first rang them, BARE would handle everything. I was contacted by one person with the choice of calls or emails and was provided with support and was kept fully informed of the process and the timeframe involved. They checked in with me to see how I was but at the same time I never felt their calls were intrusive. It’s a very hard time to negotiate because we all handle grief in our own way which BARE fully understands. I am able to give a review now that some time has passed and I feel I owe it to BARE to praise everything they did. Our family engaged BARE to help us farewell our mother over a year ago and now they have committed to receiving our father today to farewell him. From my first contact, the staff were amazing...... caring, kind, thoughtful, friendly but still very professional. With BARE, cremating Mum, and now Dad, has been an easy, calm journey, while being assisted in our loss by the supportive, compassionate staff. I can't speak more highly of BARE and would encourage others to allow BARE to help farewell their loved ones.

Bare was selected by my Dad to take care of him and his requests when he was diagnosed with a terminal illness. Each and every person we have had contact with since he passed has been thorough, thoughtful and sensitive. The step by step process is mapped out in a way that is simple and makes sense when you are not thinking clearly and the complimentary and included resources available via the dashboard, given Bare's very reasonable prices is outstanding. No detail is left unattended, including kind follow ups and optional grief counselling. Bare might sound like it means "get just what you pay for", but what it actually means is "these are the essentials, all in once place". Bare = handled with care.

From the moment we spoke with Bare we knew we were in good hands. Everything was managed super efficiently and with great warmth and concern for our feelings. The dashboard allowed us to see all the aspects of the process and understand what had been taken care of at each step along the way. In addition to making sure that all the practicalities were managed, we were also offered access to some free sessions with a grief counsellor. Overall Bare offers an extraordinary service and I would highly recommend them.

From my first contact with them until receiving my father's ashes, the experience with Bare was professional on every level. Lovely people work with Bare and kept me up to date with everything along the way, even delivering the ashes to my home, the sort of help which is wonderful once someone dies. There costs were also very reasonable. I live in a regional part of New South Wales, and this was not a problem at all. I would recommend anyone to make use of Bare and the services they offer.
