We were looking for seat cushions for a previously purchased hanging chair. Thought it was like looking for a needle in a haystack. Not so for the friendly, helpful staff, who went to the effort of going through the nearby warehouse to find us just the right cushions. We're very grateful for their support, and, like other customers, were also pleasantly surprised by the good natured delivery driver. My wife and I were wondering if he was delivering for his workplace, or dropping something for a friend! Thanks, everyone. You've brightened up our day.

Our collection of prior ordered furniture from their Penrith wharehouse could not have better. We have been renovating a large heritage building in Central NSW for past 8 years resulting in numerous pick-ups of materials etc from many Sydney addresses. The attitude and service displayed by the 2 young chaps at this facility leaves most for dead. Well done to employees who should be valued.

My furniture arrived yesterday and it took me a while to unpack but oh, so worth it! Thank you so much and thank your manufacturer also. I have never owned something so nice. It is beautifully made, sturdy and also attractive. I feel like my backyard belongs to someone else. It has turned a somewhat disappointing and far too large an area that I avoided most of the time, into an oasis of comfort that I already have spent, in one evening, more time in than I have spent in the past 10 years. I could not be happier with my furniture and now, finally, my space. I appreciate the effort you went to, to get it to me over in the West. I am not exactly local. You guys are the best! Thanks again!

Bought a really nice outdoor couch, looks chic, it's comfy and it's super modular and flexible and really good price too. Mostly though I commend the customer service of Bay Gallery. When they installed it there was a fault with one of the bolts not being able to go in properly, they said that they would come back and replace the faulty part another day. Not only did they follow up on that but they did it without me needing to chase them up, in fact they chased me up several times because I can be a little hard to get hold of during work hours and then had it here 2 days after they spoke to me. It's rare to find such diligent customer service, would definitely buy from them again.
