It’s always nerve wracking making a big ticket purchase online, however my experience with Bay Gallery Furniture has been exceptional. From the moment I purchased I was contacted to confirm receipt of order and an expected delivery date. The week leading up to delivery I was contacted to confirm the date and that I would be contacted by the driver. The driver promptly called me and confirmed details. Turned up on time, was very friendly and provided instructions and care suggestions. The whole process has been a pleasure and will definitely look to purchase from them again.

United Outdoor Furniture was recommended by my neighbour and they didn't disappoint. As someone has already stated in a review, their communication was excellent and delivery time under the time promised. The delivery guys were fantastic and very professional. Highly recommend.

Very happy with our purchase from United House Furniture. The customer service is second to none. From administration who contacted us regularly to keep us informed regarding estimated delivery times (especially during COVID) to delivery drivers, assembly and removal of packaging, we really could not fault the team. The product itself is of good quality (albeit a tad different in colour compared to what is shown online) but overall very happy with the purchase and would be glad to shop with them again!

I was extremely impressed with buying thru United house furniture Sydney online store. From the minute I clicked the button to purchase my new gorgeous sun beds, till delivery, I recieved 3 personal phone calls to let me know what was going on, like when roughly they’d be delivered, to a day of delivery and on the day of delivery. I found this to be quite refreshing as most online stores send u an email and there is NO actual person to person customer service. I’ve just unpacked my sun beds and I’m just SO inlove with them, and the quality is amazing, they come with ties and a slip over the head rest bit, so the matress doesn’t end up in the pool in wild weather. The cushion is nice and thick and overall just looks SUPERB!!! Thanku United house furniture, it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with u and your professionalism in customer service. I have no affiliation with this company nor anyone who works there. Just 1 very happy customer, that loves great products and great customer service. Thankyou!

Great product. We have just had the Luna 5 piece outdoor dining setting delivered. We love it. Very comfortable and of a high quality, not to mention the stylish design. The delivery was incredibly fast too from Sydney to Lake Macquarie. 3 days! Wow. And the lovely delivery guys even carried the pieces around to our back garden. How good is that! Thank you United House Furniture. This is an outstanding design amongst a field of same-same cheap rubbish.
