We accidentally left our brand new Stanley bottle at the shop and went back to the shop next day lunch time. The staff didn’t even keep it in safe hand, they threw it outside the shop and letting whoever took it! Completely not acceptable!!

As others have said, waiting for orders can be a decent wait especially on a busy Friday night or weekend. They have a drink called Matcha Coconut Latte which is displayed under “coffee” and when I asked if it had any coffee in it, staff said no and looked confused. I got the coconut latte and it was nice but weak, it almost tasted like just milk. For the price you can definitely find better, but it won’t take much to improve this place!

I like the tea here, but the service was unacceptable. After waiting a long time, I politely asked about my order and was snapped at by a male staff member (ponytail, glasses) who said, “It will be ready when you hear your number.” A female staff member tried to help check my order, which I appreciated, but he loudly told her not to help me and to focus on taking more orders instead. This was unprofessional and showed a lack of basic respect toward both customers and fellow staff. Management should seriously address this.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon. 2 min wait to order and 15 mins to get the drink. Ordered the Freesia oolong tea with black pearls - hot - $8.16 incl card surcharge. Was decent but have had better for similar price.

Absolutely love this milk tea shop! I visited last year and tried their avocado taro milkshake, and it was unforgettable. The combination of avocado and taro creates such a unique and delicious flavor that I couldn't stop thinking about it for a whole year. Now that I'm back in Sydney, I made sure to visit again, and once more, they didn't disappoint. The milkshake was just as amazing as I remembered. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and the drinks are top-notch. Highly recommend trying their avocado taro milkshake if you're looking for something out of the ordinary and absolutely delicious!
