Hot Yoga Darlo where have you been all my life? Bikram yoga studio with caring instructors, clean space and a vibe that is simultaneously fabulous and unpretentious. Extras like yin and pilates are the icing on the cake.

The exceptional quality of the studio from its layout to its instructors, and the wonderful vibes from the participants is super impressive. I felt very welcome from the minute I walked in, and very supported by the instructors considering I hadn’t done a Bikram class in many years. I would highly recommend the Studio and will be to all my friends.

I've been practicing at Bikram Darlinghurst studio for several months now, and it's become an essential part of my routine. The teachers are truly exceptional—supportive and inspirational in equal measure. They have a gift for making the challenging Bikram sequence feel achievable, offering personalized adjustments and encouragement that show they're genuinely paying attention to each student's practice. Even in a heated room full of people, I never feel like just another face in the crowd. The facilities themselves are outstanding. The studio is impeccably clean, the space feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. Absolutely LOVED the vibe at those studio! I felt so welcomed by the owners and Katie taught an incredible Inferno Hot Pilates class. I really liked the aesthetic and there is also a lovely sense of community. I highly recommend this studio if you love Bikram Yoga or Inferno Hot Pilates. 🙂

I am a complete newbie to Bikram Yoga (or any yoga, really). I’d been thinking about trying it for years, but only recently decided to take the leap. Over the past few months, I’ve been recovering from a bulging L4/L5 disc and sciatica-related issues. I had tried multiple physiotherapists, cortisone injections, and was advised I may need back surgery if things did not improve. Four weeks ago, I finally attended my first Bikram Yoga class, and since then, I’ve been going three times a week. In this short timeframe, I’m already noticing real benefits: increased leg and back strength, better sleep, and an overall sense of progress. I’m not claiming to be fully cured, I still struggle in during this yoga, but the difference is undeniable. Watch this space, I’ll post another update after three months to share how things evolve. What I can say right now is that Bikram Yoga Darlinghurst is a truly fantastic studio. The atmosphere is welcoming, the people are genuinely friendly, and the energy in the room makes every class enjoyable.
