Liam was fantastic. Patient, encouraging and genuinely engaging throughout the whole class. He took the time to help me with the exercises I wasn't confident with and explained everything in a way that was easy to follow. He has a great sense of humour and a lovely manner that makes the class feel welcoming and enjoyable, while still delivering a serious workout. I felt the burn for about four days afterwards! Beautiful studio, great natural light and so clean, great energy and a brilliant instructor. Thanks Liam – I'll definitely be back next week.

Thank you so much team! We booked a corporate Hot Mat Pilates class and it was absolutely amazing. Lily was our instructor and she was so encouraging, welcoming, and supportive throughout the entire session. CorePlus made everything incredibly easy by setting up a booking link and all the promotional material for us to simply share with our members. Such a great experience, we can’t wait to do it again soon!!

TAYLOR was the best Pilates instructor I’ve got for a very long time ! I loved it, a really good energy and I sweat so bad ! I am gonna do it again for sure. Thank you to her and all the CorePlus team for this amazing class 😊

Amazing instructors—Ciara, Liam, and others are great. Out of all the yoga studios I’ve tried on ClassPass, CorePlus is my favorite and has become a regular part of my workout routine.

My favorite workout studio in Sydney. No one does a heated workout like they do. The instructors are all excellent and challenging. I love all the classes they offer although I am a mat person so I don’t do much of the reformer. But I’ve tried all the mat classes from the strength to Pilates to yoga. And all were fabulous and were exactly what I wanted. Got a great sweat and I feel so strong.
