I’ve been seeing Dr Abedi for years and he’s great. He truly listens, genuinely cares about his patients, and always takes the time to answer any questions I have. Couldn't ask for a better doctor.

I visited Kildare Rd Medical Care for the first time and had a great experience. The staff at reception were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful as soon as I walked in. Upstairs, Jenny was lovely and explained about the rebate . I didn’t have to wait long to see the specialist, and Dr Richard Curran was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, I was very happy with the care I received and would definitely recommend this medical centre.

Using my husbands Google account. This is the first review I have ever written in my 28 years, and unfortunately it’s because of my experience with Dr Dharma Suthaharan at Kildare Medical Clinic. As a first-time mum, I expected guidance, support, and professionalism. Instead, I received little explanation about the pregnancy process and was often left to figure things out myself. After my 12-week appointment, I requested my paperwork be sent to St George Hospital. I was told Dr Suthaharan didn’t know where to send it and that I needed to provide the email address or fax number myself. When I asked for assistance, I was met with the response, “What do you want me to do?” After relocating to Blacktown, I booked a third Telehealth appointment to have a referral sent to Blacktown Hospital. Despite booking a 30-minute appointment, I was told it would take too long to complete and that I needed a face-to-face consultation. The call lasted around 10 minutes before Dr Suthaharan hung up on me while I was still speaking. My husband was present and can verify this. I then contacted Blacktown Hospital myself. Unfortunately, the GPs at this practice seem to run late consistently. The practice appears to accommodate walk-in patients between scheduled appointments, which often results in long waits for those who have booked appointments in advance. Whether my appointment has been via telehealth or in person, I have rarely been seen on time. As I have experienced this with multiple GPs at the practice, it appears to be a systemic issue rather than an isolated incident. The appointment system loses its value when patients who book ahead end up waiting almost as long as walk-in patients. The practice does not seem to respect or value patients’ time, and the ongoing delays are very frustrating. Overall, a disappointing experience due to consistently poor appointment management.

Doctors consistently run late both in clinic and over the phone. This is across multiple doctors that both myself and my wife have seen from there in the last 12 months. I've supposedly attended the appointment I'm writing this review for, I've also followed it up with their reception email team and currently wait on the line for the second time to follow this up. There hasn't been any traction. Serious procedural review is required here, it's a consistent theme.
