The reception guy doesn’t even know how to talk. Seems like he find himself as a god and he just doesn’t care about what customer is saying. He’s running an army like he’s gonna command only. Worst experience ever. I’ve no other option than Dr. Atia Fatima which is the reason I had to go there otherwise I don’t recommend this place at all. The lady named Bobita is another level. She’s loves arguing over the phone and forced me to accept whatever she’s making up. I just don’t get how they end up sitting on the reception without knowing the basic reception etiquette. No patience to handle the appointments, no follow up. I booked my appointment, went there and waited for over 1.5 hours and then they said Dr. Atia is not available today, others doctors are. My appointments were booked over a month ago and they’re not even concerned about it at all. Wasting client time and money is their only job. If something said or asked the only reply the guy will give, go somewhere else. He said that many times to me which is not a behaviour should come from a reception. Never experienced this kind of shitty behaviour from anyone else except this medical centre’s receptionists

Dr. Nahid has been my family General Practitioner for several years now. It has always been fairly easy to schedule an appointment on the same day or next day. It is not easy to get in touch with Dr. Nahid on phone, but if appropriate, you can leave your phone number and Dr. Nahid gets in touch with you as soon as it is possible for her. Mostly she gets back to you on the same day. Dr. Nahid runs a little late many times. However, Dr. Nahid never rushes through a patient, which enables her to do her job efficiently. I would recommend Dr. Nahid to all of my friends, family and everyone. Dr. Nahid has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue. If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is encyclopedic, treats the whole person, and takes the time to be caring, then Dr. Nahid is someone you should consider visiting. I’ve consulted many GPs in my life, and it’s rare I’ve found one as knowledgalble, accommodating, and concerned as Dr. Nahid. Moreover, Dr. Nahid uses words the patient can understand, not medical jargon. Dr Nahid always explains what's going to happen and asks permission from the p
