What a wonderful stay. Beyond the amazing prestige location. The room had such character and comfort. The team was really accomodating to our requests. Will definitely be coming back.

My wife and I stayed in room 2 Feb 14-17, 2026. We were happy to be able to check-in a bit early after our 15 hour flight. The room was cute and very clean. The muesli, yogurt, fruit, coffee and tea really hit the spot after all the airport and plane food! Location is perfect - so close to Bondi Beach but still quiet. We will definitely be back if we manage to make it back to Sydney!

Calming, good location, nicely appointed rooms, and smelling tropical from all the garden Frangipani. The vintage lamps could benefit from LED bulbs to stop them becoming dangerously hot and, in the absence of AC, being able to open more than just the bathroom window would have been nice.

Our favorite place to stay whenever we are in Bondi. The rooms are charming and unique. It has a lovely communal garden and very relaxing atmosphere a bit like staying with friends or family. The hosts are super helpful and friendly. Very clean rooms and fresh linens. The perfect location just off the main drag so quiet but easy access to the beach and restaurants and walks. Highly recommend.:)
