Wow, wow, wow — where do I begin! We are so excited to have purchased our first home, and we truly have Frank to thank for helping us get there. He is kind, never pushy, and really knows his stuff. What stood out was how open and candid he was — gently pointing out things to be aware of with each property, in a way that felt informative and supportive (never alarmist or dismissive). Frank made our dreams come true. After selling our unit in Waterloo, we were desperately looking for a unit in Eastern suburbs. Last year Frank bought a beautiful garden unit for our son and daughter-in-law in Bondi . Naturally we engaged Frank to help us find a place as well. Within 3 weeks he managed to secure a beautiful unit for us in Bondi. His negotiation skills and strategy to approach other agents is excellent. We had been searching for an art deco garden apartment in a block of four in Bondi for about eight months. We kept missing out on places at auction and nearly significantly overpaid for a property off market. We were finding the whole process very stressful and felt like it was consuming parts of our family life. We engaged Frank’s services on a Friday, he showed us our absolute dream apartment on the Saturday and we purchased it on the Monday. The property was sold off market and we genuinely feel like we purchased it at almost $100k less than what we could have paid if we had bought it on market and without Frank’s help. This was mostly due to Frank’s excellent strategic advice and negotiation skills. We are beyond happy with the outcome. Using Frank as a buyers agent was the best decision we made and we will definitely use him next time we buy and also recommend him to our friends and family.

Excellent experience buying a home with Frank. I contacted Frank when I found a home I loved and wanted to submit an offer on. I realized I didn't know anything about the Australia house buying process (I'm a PR from the US) so thought I'd get professional help and talk to a buyers agent. Best decision ever. And best decision to go with Frank. He found the issues with the place I liked and then used my interest there to leverage a deal on an even better off-market opportunity in a better location. He put the seller on the defensive and ended up saving me more than 10% on my home in Bondi, which more than covered the costs of his services and stamp duty. Frank setup everything: the finding, the negotiating, the solicitor, the mortgage broker, the inspections, and the settlement. He even help facilitate and negotiate an early move-in, before settlement. I've talked to many people who have been looking for a home on their own for months and have found nothing. I told them my experience and they are kicking themselves for not having done the same. Frank made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, which is what you want when buying a home you plan to live in for many years.
