Nicholas and Roya were excellent to deal with. They were knowledgeable and professional, assisting with all queries we had. We were operating on quite a tight time frame from initial inspection to auction. They were very helpful in organising a private inspection following the weekend, and facilitating a building and pest inspection to ensure we were comfortable with the purchase.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Nicholas Armstrong & his team as they sold both properties for me in recent weeks.
