I would like to provide some negative feedback regarding one of your doctors, Mira Drakos. This morning, I attended your clinic due to a sore throat. When I was called in by Dr Mira Drakos and began explaining my symptoms, she immediately stood up and instructed me to leave her office and obtain a face mask. She stated that the reception staff had already asked me about my symptoms and whether I had a cough, cold, or flu-like symptoms. She did not allow me the opportunity to explain my situation and escorted me back to reception. I was not asked at the reception if I have sore throat. I have never experienced a doctor refusing to see a patient in this manner because of their condition. Her behaviour came across as uncaring, unprofessional, and lacking empathy towards patients. She made me feel as though I had done something wrong and deserved to be treated differently. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have felt unfairly treated by Dr Drakos. On previous occasions, when I explained the reason for my visit, it appeared that she wanted to complete the consultation as quickly as possible. The nurses are nice and helpful, and DR Morris is easy to talk. Its bulk billed or you can pay to book and see your preferred doctor. The place is not as bad as the review say. I mean we live in Australia, how bad can it be? 😉

It’s awful how one doctor can ruin your whole experience at a medical practice for life. I came in today for simply a routine CTS/pap smear & left feeling grossly disregarded in relation to my health concerns by a female doctor about female health issues 🫠. Despite trying to advocate for myself in a calm and informed way! Importantly, I have a history of pre-cancerous cervical cells.. Yet I was told the test is unnecessary and that I could not have it done at this clinic and that I basically have no idea about my own health . When reception said they do indeed do CST tests. Even the pathology apologised for the drs misconduct saying Pap smears are available . Like I’m in pure shock of how this women can be a GP The only good Dr here is Dr Jim Aroney, and you can’t even book into to see him!

I arrived at this practice at 10:00 and requested to see a particular doctor . The ladies at the desk took my request assured me the wait will not be long and then I waited for 1.5 hours to then be told that the doctor was not even in the building . When questioned how it was the the front desk didn’t know she wasn’t in the ladies simple said this happens . No apology . I then asked to see another doctor and requested I would be the next patient seeing I was already waiting by now for almost 2 hours. They just simply made me wait. Surely the front of house should be aware of who is in the building and who is not. Feeling very frustrated.

I had a great experience with Dr Myfanwy Sahade at Bondi Junction 7 Day Medical Centre. She was warm, friendly, and took the time to really listen without making me feel rushed. I felt comfortable, well cared for, and confident in her expertise. I would definitely recommend her.
