My family has been patients at this practice for quite a long time. Cannot say anything except praises to the doctors, medical stuff and receptionists. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the professionalism is superb and the efficiency is unparalleled. My family will rely on this practice for all our medical needs for years to come. Highly recommend if one is looking for a great medical service!

I had two extremely terrible experiences at this medical centre. The skin doctor was unprofessional, dismissive and rude during my appointment, which made me feel completely uncomfortable and I was in complete shock. This was the second time I had been there and unfortunately the experience was no better than the first. The first time with a GP I was charged for a service (care plan) that they ultimately could not provide, which I found unacceptable and illegal to make me pay for something that was not accepted by Medicare. Instead of being upfront about their limitations before taking payment, I was left frustrated and feeling that my time and money had been wasted. I had to phone 4 times to chase my money back and tried to speak multiple times to the practice manager and received no call back. One my second visit today I called to speak to the practice manager the receptionist said no one was available. She asked what I was calling about and during the conversation she told me she would not recommend I come back based on my experience. Absolutely unacceptable the way the skin doctor spoke to me and the comments he told me. When I asked a question to the skin doctor he responded

This Medical Centre for Skin Cancer was recommended to me after spending around $1,000. Every time I went for an appointment elsewhere. I was so relieved to find really helpful receptionists who could fit me in within a week. After being told at the expensive competition I would have to wait until Jan 2027. Doctor Tony Zahra-Newman. Was so thorough He checked front & back from head to toe. Found a suspicious black mole & removed it , Froze about a dozen sun spots & talked me through the use of a skin cancer removal cream. He was very patient explaining everything & highlighted important information for me in the brochure. I can’t fault this Medical Centre at all . I have never been treated with such patience & care & felt like I mattered . I understand people get frustrated when they have to wait past their appointment time but This is life threatening stuff & as Doctor Tony said 8,000 people die from Melanoma every year so this is not to be taken lightly. Just take a breath & have a little patience & compassion. I highly recommend Bondi Skin Cancer Doctors to anyone who is thinking about having their skin checked. I was so grateful not to have to pay upwards of $1000. And

Im a long time patient of Bondi Medical Centre and I've always experienced fantastic service and quality medical advice since the first time I've been here. Staff at front desk are friendly and efficient as well caring for there patient needs. The Doctors on hand are always helpful in my needs and cant fault at all.
