Bondi Mind Counselling

I am a PACFA accredited counsellor who provides a safe space for people to navigate through tough times such as suffering anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, work related issues and stress. I have many clients with specific issues that relate to travelling and being away from home and not having their usual support systems. I use person centred therapy which means I follow the client's needs rather than working from a treatment perspective. I believe in the power of mindfulness and self compassion to help bring relief to difficult situations, and believe that being in Bondi can provide a great environment to learning to be in the present moment, and embracing the beauty of the ocean and its surrounds.
