Really disgusting organisation who lie about the guests staying there and the conditions of accommodation they provide. They dont want to help.

I reached out for advice and help as I found myself in a challenging situation. I expected someone kind and soft but instead I received an arrogant email which was very unhelpful and unnecessary. This lady had zero compassion and complete lack of empathy. I would not recommend seeking any advice or help from this organisation.

This place has really been a lifesaver over the past two weeks. A really good team, and the place is better quality than most motels I've been to. You could do far worse than this place. A place of true value in the community. And all while the Jewish community is in the middle of a conflict. My hat goes off to you.

Made a donation of a quality TV: Samsung flat panel 43". They took the TV. Never asked who we were; never called to thank us, even though we left a note with the TV. Me and my partner strongly suspect that a Jewish House employee took the TV home and it never went to the needy individual. Yesterday I received a donation request via the mail from this mob. I ripped it up and flushed it down the gurgle.

Beautiful absolutely beautiful people that do actually care it's no secret they with the most pure honest warm loving intentions sometimes places like this words cannot describe only a smile. And the honest look of caring in their eyes is real without a doubt..
