This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had at a clinic from start to finish. The receptionists are so warm and friendly and have the loveliest demeanour, the kind that makes a medical space not feel like a medical space, which is very rare. I genuinely felt so welcome. Dr. Alice Jiao is exceptional. She is friendly, knowledgeable, incredibly thorough, and professional, everything you could hope for in a physician. I feel like I hit the jackpot of doctors. I was so impressed by the breadth and depth of her knowledge and the way she conveys it with so much warmth and clarity. Top-notch humans work here, if I could give more stars, I would.

I recently had my first skin cancer check with Dr Rod Parnian, and it was an excellent experience. He was kind, confident, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. He took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which I really appreciated. I’d also like to give a shoutout to the reception staff, they were all welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Overall, a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family.

During a skin check appointment, I was told I had four freckles that carried a small risk of becoming cancerous in the future, although they were not cancerous at the time. As a precaution, I was advised to have them removed through what was described as a very simple procedure, which I later discovered was a biopsy ( not a removal) . I was reassured there would be no scarring, but three months later I’ve been left with noticeable scarring on my chest and back, and all of the freckles have returned, larger than before. In my experience, the procedure felt unnecessary and was not clearly explained. I would recommend coming here for skin checks only and avoiding any excisions.

I visited this clinic to have a small mole removed, and I deeply regret it. What should have been a minor, straightforward procedure has now left me with a 10 cm scar on my back — for something that wasn’t even life-threatening. I was told afterward that I couldn’t exercise or have any sun exposure for 3 weeks, and despite following all the aftercare instructions, the result is still an ugly, noticeable scar. The doctor was friendly, but the surgical approach felt unprofessional and overly aggressive for such a simple mole removal. I wish I had known the potential cosmetic impact beforehand — it was never properly explained. I do not recommend getting any mole removals done here unless it’s absolutely necessary for your health. Maybe just stick to skin checks. I’m very disappointed with my experience and the long-term mark I now have to live with.

Went for my first skin check, had a few moles pop up, spend quite a bit of time at the beach etc. etc. Team was great ! Full body search, felt very professional and re-assuring. Had a suspicious mole removed, bi-opsied, tested and received an email a few days letter - benign! Great! Will definitely come back next year / 6m for another check. You gained a customer.
