From start to finish my appointments at You by Sia were wonderful. I was always greeted by Nicole’s smiles! Donna was fantastic with her description of my treatment and I am so happy with the outcome. The salon is always spotless and so easy to get to. Would 11/10 recommend You by SIA, thank you!

I had a fantastic skin needling treatment yesterday. I was really nervous, it was my first time. I was greeted so warmly but the staff, who were friendly, knowledgeable and very experienced. Not only did they patiently answer my hundreds of questions, they were so kind and patient. I felt very at ease, they continued to check how I was feeling and talked me through the process as they were performing the treatment. If you are looking for a treatment with professionals who actually care, You by Sia is fantastic. I wanted to add to my post as I have now been back for a third treatment at You by Sia. Once again I highly rate the team, but those sceptics out there about whether the treatment is effective, I had a look at my before and after photos. With their advanced technology camera and screen I was amazed to see the transformation side by side. It is remarkable!

I really appreciate the staff at You By Sia. They have looked after me so well for close to 20yrs. Their skincare to the facials they offer, has helped my skin barrier improve. Skin needling is a game changer for my skin tone. A huge thank you to all the team for their expertise and amazing customer service.

Best laser hair removal experience in Sydney. One of the few places that uses the latest Soprano machine which is less painful that the other machines. All the therapists are lovely and professional - Julie, Jacquie, Mona and Donna. I also love the lady of the house aka Ms. Nicole and her hair is fabulous lol!
