Extremely friendly and helpful staff at this store. They did not make me wait long for my tyre to be replaced. The booking was also too easy, just a call was good enough. Ian was very amicable and patiently answered my queries. I'm glad I chose this store for my car's tyre requirements.

Can’t recommend enough and really appreciated Lachlan’s great customer service! Also liked the service video to show me what needed to be fixed on my car.

Very happy with the service and price. I had no booking, yet had tyres fitted at a cost less than expected and very quickly. Lachlan was very helpful.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bridgestone Blacktown. I left my car there for service and when I collected it, I noticed a clear scratch on the front bumper that was definitely not there before. I take good care of my vehicle, so this was very upsetting to see. When I raised the issue with staff, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. There was no proper investigation or willingness to take responsibility. I felt like my concern wasn’t taken seriously at all. It’s frustrating to trust a business with your car and get it back damaged. I expected better professionalism and customer service. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this store.

Walked in with 2 punctured tyres 20 min fixed and put back onto my car - Great Customer Service - Thank You So Much to Lachlan and the boys for fixing this up so quick 😀 definitely reccommend ! Definitely coming back 👍🏾💯💜
