Excellent experience at Bridgestone Parramatta! The team provided outstanding customer service, fitted a great set of Bridgestone tyres, and completed a precise wheel alignment on my LDV eDeliver 7. I always choose Bridgestone tyres for all of my vehicles because I trust their quality, durability, and performance. The staff were professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Bridgestone Parramatta, for the fitting of new tyres to the wife's Kia Cerato. Totally professional, knowledgeable, as well as courteous & friendly. The video of their check of the vehicle is a great touch, which adds peace of mind that your vehicle is in good hands. I cannot recommend Steve and the crew highly enough.

Highly recommend. Came here almost 9 months ago to have all my tyres replaced, and they’re still in great condition. I’ve also been bringing my car in every couple of months for the free tyre checks. recently had a puncture repaired and also had my car inspected for free, which included a video report of the checks and what needed replacement. Needed one tyre replaced recently under warranty, and the cost was reduced accordingly. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the service is quick and efficient :)

I purchased 4 bridgestone's for my AMG in November 2025 (4 for the price of 3) but unfortunately couldn't get them fitted without the tyre tool. The young girl called me as soon as she knew and I rescheduled for another day. 3 weeks later, I took my car in to replace the tyres and a wheel balance/alignment (sorry don't know the difference) on a Saturday morning and my car was ready within an hour. As I had all tyres replaced, Steve suggested to rotate them once a quarter to get the most use. I appreciated the advice and professionalism and very happy with the service provided by Steve and his team. I highly recommend.
