i found myself with a tyre emergency with a 5 hour drive still to go. The manager was very helpful fitting a new set with no notice even though they were busy that day. They were polite and easy to talk to, a pleasure to deal with, they checked out my car to make sure everything was in good condition, and didnt try to up sell me or say i needed this or that replaced when i really didn't. Would recommend.

I've been going here for just a few years and the service is always wonderful. Staff are really helpful and professional. They do tires and mechanical work.

Have been coming to this Bridgestone for years now while having multiple jobs and multiple vehicles both personal and work, these guys 99% of the time have the stock, always have the staff always been a really clear cut good experience always there to get me out of the shit! Thanks guys always really good, reach out to make a booking !

Absolutely amazing service!!! Needed 2 tyres urgently on a Friday afternoon, no hassle, dropped the wheels off, done in next to no time even though the shop was busy. Cant thank the team enough. Highly recommended

Had a great experience at Bridgestone Penrith North. Great customer service and transparency all the way from the quote to when the service was done. Before this I was intending to sell the car. After the job I fell in love with it again. And am thinking twice!! The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because they failed to notify me about my products not arriving at the store on the date agreed, so I wasted precious time from my work. A simple phone call or text message would avoid that. In my view that does not diminish the value I got from the service provided. Just need a little bit of attention to detail in this area. Otherwise I’m very happy and will come back to this store in future.
