Was sold 5 Rovelo A/T tyres and they began to fail (cracks, side wall was on verge of failure) after 3 months. Aside from the garbage wheels the staff didn’t really seem to think driving on tyres on the verge of failure was a problem even when asked if they’d feel safe driving with a baby in the car, which I had been. The manager said “in his unprofessional opinion” they were safe to drive on with an infant in the car. One tyre had a crack they claimed was kerb strike damage, though I can’t remember when or how. Even then, an “all terrain” tyre should be able to survive something like that without the entire tyre coming apart like tofu. Took it to a competitor and they seemed mortified at the state of the tyres, especially the sidewall crack, which they said a failure at highway speeds would be catastrophic and end up with my car flipping. Again, this was only 3 months of use. Never again JAX! If I could rate y’all 0 stars I would. Edit in response to the response from the business to this review: I did actually take the vehicle in for a physical inspection and that is when I was told by the manager he thought they were safe to drive on. I've dealt with Brent and his friendly crew for many years. They have always gone out of their way to help no matter what the problem, from tire and wheel repairs to sourcing my preferred tires and most recently, fitting spacers. Nothing is ever a problem. Recently, a Jax competitor quoted my Production Manager several thousand dollars for mechanical repairs to his Ute. Coincidentally, a friend referred him to Jax who completed the repairs at less than half the cost! I sum Jax up as professional, friendly and trustworthy.

Jax Penrith are always helpful and accommodative. Nothing is ever too difficult. I had a puncture in my tyre and they didn't even hesitate to accommodate me at short request. The tyre prices are always very competitive and they do a splendid job with three fitting and alignment of the tyres. Great customer service and good family business.

Exceptional, fast service from Brent and the team! A huge thank you for being absolute lifesavers yesterday. From quickly organising the tyres I needed to having them fitted and ready within just a few hours, the whole experience was incredible. Really appreciate the outstanding help, thank you again!!

(EDITED received a Better outcome thanks to Brent), I get a call 11.06am works starting what needs to be done, then get a message 12:01pm (under 1hr) to pick up... charged 1.5hr labour = $240 in labour to fit 2 tyre rod ends and wheel alignment.. After speaking to Brent he sorted it and made me feel abit better about coming back. Only charged $160 for the hour which I was more than happy to pay.
