I had gone to the store after reading positive reviews. I went there for a tyre balance. It wasn't anything urgent and I regret my decision. Upon getting the tyres assessed, they recommended that my tyres needed a change. Long story short - I was offered a price for a Hankook set, which again given the reviews posted online, I blindly accepted. So I paid for a set of 4 new Hankook tyres........and I got home. Upon reaching home, for no reason, I compared the 4 tyres and was shocked to see that 3 were 1 model and the 4th was another. I called the store hoping that it was a genuine oversight but they replied that they did not have 4 of the same tyres and the person I spoke to tried to convince me that it was ok as they were all Hankook and the same size. I spoke to my mechanic who advised that it was not recommended as there would possibly be uneven tyre wear, for a start ......and it also could have other issues (safety etc). I told the store that I wanted all 4 wheels to have the same tyres. A few days passed and they said that they were trying to source it...... few days later said they had found it in QLD and it would arrive in 2-3 days. After following up for 5 days there was

These guys are awesome! Have visited to have two separate problems sorted on weekend - and they squeezed me in both times. They are really friendly - and their service is excellent. Nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Happy New Year, folks! Got a tyre fitting service there via Actyre on the 18th last month. Tyres were scratched everywhere along with some unknown white stain. I sucked it up but there were way more to come. Unlike instructed by Actyre, they never contacted me at all but in the end, I managed to book in the arvo. The process wasn't smooth in the first place. When I turned up, they had no idea what I came there for. Anyway, I waited 3 hours for tyre fitting still with a reservation. And this is the consequence. I lost one of my lug nuts. I was fooled by trusting them- I didn't have a close look after the fitting( I found a photo of the wheels that I took for some reason not long after). Unfortunately, I was silly enough to not even notice it back then. Can't believe I've been driving nearly 1000 kilometres without knowing that ever since! Their fitting cost is relatively reasonable than the other Actyre partners so I sucked up everything. But as a result, I'll have to pay extra for checking my wheels and if my car's got any other damage potentially caused by that and etc. I got my wheels aligned in the other place because they refused 4 wheel alignment as opposed to info they o
