Today I been to see Reema in Bupa parramatta. She is very helpful, polite and very keen to listen what my issues were and she have great knowledge about her job. I came to cancel my policy as I cannot afford it and had very bad customer service on telephone waiting more than 3 hours. I was very frustrated but Reema listened what I gone through and was happy to help and convinced me to stay with bupa by offering great product what I can afford it. It’s because of her I am going to stay with Bupa now. Thank you Reema.
