Our Mother Maree has been a resident of Bupa Aged Care Willoghby for 7 months now & is cared for with much love! Today we celebrated Mothers Day with Mum at Bupa & she & our family had a wonderful day. We cannot speak more highly of Isabel & her team!! Isabel went out of her way to make us feel so welcome & you could see the genuine kindness & caring nature she bestows on our mother! Thank you Isabel & Bupa for looking after Mum! Maree’s Family

My Dad moved into Bupa Willoughby only a short while ago and from the outset he has been so welcomed and so has our family. All the carers and RN's have been wonderful, always smiling and happy to help, always having my Dad's interest as a priority. Deepesh always welcoming with a smile and able to answer all the questions we have as a new resident. Dad is enjoying the food, the lovely garden courtyard and the activities. I know that my Dad is safe and very happy.

My mum moved into Bupa Willoughby in June this year. We have been made to feel very welcome and are very happy. Hisham has helped to make mums room homely, Izabel has a wonderful lifestyle program - mum loves the outing, Deepesh is always helpful and the nurses and carers look after mum very well. All the staff are friendly and always have a smile on their face and a happy greeting for mum and our family. Mary is a very hands on general manager which is the only way to ensure the home stays functioning at such a high standard.

I’m very grateful to Mary and the team at Bupa Willoughby for everything they are doing for my dad. They made him feel so welcome in two months of respite care during a difficult time that he decided to stay permanently. The support he receives is excellent, and the staff are friendly and caring. I’ve seen lots of ongoing improvements in the facilities and furnishings over the last few months. It’s more comfortable, welcoming and airy. The gardens are lovely, and dad is enjoying the lovely jacaranda trees, many birds and even a local possum in the garden. He really likes the variety of outings offered, is making new friends, and trying new social activities. Seeing him happy, safe and well cared for gives my sisters and I real peace of mind. The staff are always friendly and warm, taking time for a chat with dad and with us. You can tell they care about their work and the people they look after and treat them as individuals. Bupa Willoughby is a truly caring aged care home. The staff lead by Mary, take the time to get to know each resident personally, which makes a big difference in creating a warm and supportive environment. Families are always welcomed by Deepesh and the team which makes visiting feel easy. We particular value the efforts Izabel went to help us celebrate Dad's 90th Birthday and Hisham's assistance in decorating Dad's room so he feels proud to show it off. It’s clear that the team genuinely values both residents and their loved ones, and that sense of connection shines through every day.
