My partner and I have been in the process of designing floor plans for our first house with Lea Hanna. She has been nothing short from incredible. Her knowledge, support and guidance is beyond anything we have experienced and has been making this process so simple for us. Despite the constant questions we have had, Lea is incredibly prompt, thorough and no question is silly. She has definitely put our mind at ease and made us more excited for the next steps. Lea is an asset to the Burbank Family and we are very thankful we get to go through this process together with Lea’s guidance.

From the start to the and Burbank was amazing. Michael from the sales office is a great sales person. Full off knowledge and very patient with us. He took his time to answer any questions we had,he is so polite and friendly. Amy from the colour appointments was great and helpful at the appointment. She always answered our emails promptly. She was super friendly too. Our supervisor Rhys for the house built was the best. Always here to answer any question, even multiple time in one day. He was on top off everything through the build. Another friendly person in Burbank. We had a great experience with Burbank. They are great, friendly and reliable Builders. We would recommend them everyone looking to build the house. We are in the early stages of the planning and are just about to build but so far we've had a really great experience with Burbank. Along the way we've been very transparent and strict about our needs and our budget and they have come to the party and revised along the way to meet our needs. We have had a lovely experience with Catherine the rep at home world and Hayley and Veronica at the edge studio to choose all our finishes and see samples. Contracts were easy yo review and sign and prompt. hoping the good experience continues for the build! Since my last review we have completed our build (minus downstairs flooring and landscaping that my husband will complete as his skill set). Overall we are extremely happy and proud of what we’ve achieved there are always learnings for both sides about the process and expectations and communications unforeseen and differing opinions. But you will have this on any build. The quality of the finished home we have was very important to us having experience in the trade and we are very satisfied with the end result and the ability to have enough choices with a budget to have an aesthetically appealing home both inside and out. Impressed from the get go! I got a reply to my email within 24 hours and Adam kept in contact with me promptly leading up to our initial meeting. He was also helpful with all of our questions, being very knowledgeable and transparent all the way. We are very happy that we have chosen Burbank homes and are even more excited to start our building journey with Adam and the rest of the team! Fast forward to April 2023 and our home is finished! So in love with our new forever home and can’t wait to start making memories.
