i had zero experience with building a granny flat and trusted Transform Building & Renovations to help me with this. I highly recommend these builders. If i had any issues with construction (which was very few) they were able to take note and fix the issues in a timely manner (even with small issues like a noisy exhaust fan or cracked wall paint)
