I was very disappointed with both the product quality and the way my claim was handled. A pair of Camper shoes I purchased was confirmed by Camper's own Quality department to be faulty this Thursday.When I requested a replacement, I was told that Camper could not arrange one during the sales period because they could not guarantee shipment. What made this particularly frustrating was that the same shoe model appeared to still be available, yet I was offered a return option instead of a replacement. I repeatedly asked for a clear explanation as to why a replacement could not be provided for a product that had already been confirmed as faulty, but Camper hasn't answered. As a customer, I don't think I should be disadvantaged because a faulty product was supplied. While faults can happen, I expected better customer service and a more reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in Camper's after-sales support.

I purchased my item online on 15/06/26, but the package was shipped from the George St NSW location. I received the parcel on 23/06/26 at 3:33pm, and I lodged a return request at 3:53pm because the product already had visible defects straight out of the box. Customer service rejected my claim, stating that the issue was not a manufacturing flaw. I honestly don’t know whether the store itself is responsible or not, but the fact remains: the item came from this location, and it arrived damaged. This whole experience was extremely disappointing.

Super busy yet staff and Rachel were AMAZING! Helped find me the matches to the two pair of shoes I loved. So happy with my purchase and the outstanding, patient and supportive customer service with Rachel juggling multiple people’s needs with calm efficiency. Best Camper store I’ve been to in big thanks to the employees working here in Sydney. Management- give them a raise!

Feeling a but sad to give Camper a bad review as I like their shoes - I’ve purchased before and wanted to buy a few more in Black Friday. I recently went to find these sandals at their store - the staff were very helpful and placed an online order for me to have these delivered to my house. Started off very easy… the one thing I found really strange was I was given an EFTPOS receipt with my order number hand written at the top. No email came through even though all this information was given at the time of the order. Almost a week later I looked into the order to see it was cancelled immediately after I left saying payment not confirmed - even though I left with the approved EFTPOS receipt. I reached out to their online customer service who told me I had to reach out to another customer service channel. 5 days later I got a response saying it is being shipped and another email a minute later saying I was being refunded either via bank transfer which I would have to wait until the 25th of the month (another month wait) to have the money transferred or visit the store for an instant refund. Today I visited the store and they were happy to sort the refund. There were a few custome
