My partner and I just experienced the Ubud In Love for Couples package at Cantik Spa at The Grace Hotel for our birthdays, and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Our package included a 60-minute Balinese massage, 30-minute body scrub, 30-minute facial, 20-minute sauna, and 10-minute foot spa, and every treatment was pure relaxation. The entire experience was beautifully put together and left us feeling completely refreshed and pampered. The staff were truly amazing—such beautiful, kind, and welcoming people who made us feel special from the moment we arrived. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the experience even more memorable. Another bonus was the parking, which was affordable and so easy to access, making the whole experience completely stress-free from the moment we arrived. If you’re looking for the perfect couples’ spa experience, I couldn’t recommend Cantik Spa enough. It was relaxing, luxurious, and the perfect way to spend quality time together. We left feeling rejuvenated, spoiled, and already can’t wait to come back!

I recently visited the Cantik Spa at the Grace Hotel and can honestly say the experience was worth every dollar. The deep tissue massage, was firm and incredibly relaxing. The staff were attentive and regularly checking in to ensure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I would highly recommend Cantik Spa to anyone looking for a quality massage!

Very relaxing morning, everything was perfect from start to finish. We had the Grace retreat & a retreat it was. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxing. Our massage was incredible & the sauna to finish was a great addition. We left feeling wonderful & refreshed.

I had a very unpleasant and frankly concerning experience at this place and feel obligated to leave an honest review. When arrived for my appointment, I had to call out multiple times before anyone came out. The staff member who eventually appeared looked disheveled and half-asleep, as if I had interrupted her rest. She seemed confused while checking the booking system. The entire service was unprofessional and poorly executed: • Lack of basic understanding of services: Before starting, I tried to confirm my package, but she described something completely different from what I had booked. It was clear she did not understand the service at all. And she said the process is her friend told her. • Severe communication barrier: The staff member could barely communicate in English, making it extremely difficult to explain even basic requests. I have to take my phone during the treatment to show her what I booked, I showed her the package name, but she seems don’t know what is inside the package, and I opened the lists to show what treatment is included.. • bad facial treatment: I came straight from work wearing makeup. I had such a wonderful experience at Cantik Spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully set up for relaxation. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail, making me feel completely at ease. My treatment was amazing – I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and so much lighter.
