Australian addresses list the street number, suburb, state abbreviation and postcode, and Sydney follows the same pattern; a number like 2/411 means unit 2 at number 411. Paid over $300 out of pocket for a 10-minute appointment only to be rushed out with an incomplete, vague prescription. The compounding chemist couldn't even fill the medication because the dermatologist forgot to write the ingredient quantities on the script. It has been over a week, and the clinic has been useless in resolving this. Because the dermatologist only works one day a week, and the staff failed to follow up when she was in, I am stuck waiting weeks for basic medication. Incredibly unprofessional. Make sure you check your paperwork before you leave this clinic.

Absolutely disgraceful experience with one of the doctors (out of decency I will not name them, as I have already contacted the practice manager). The doctor was rude, dismissive, unresponsive with only 1-2 word responses and β€œi think” and β€œnot sure” responses by them. After paying over $600, we left with no answers, no aftercare advice and very little understanding of the treatment plan. He wouldn’t even advise us on if we are to keep bandages on or not and i had to find him to get a response he said to use a hypoallergenic bandage however we were given one that caused a skin reaction on the area. To make matters worse, the prescription was simply slid under the door of the consultation room rather than being handed to us or discussed. The lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic patient care was shocking. will never ever return, dont waste your money here.

Saw Dr. Nguyen for an acne and acne scar consultation and had a good experience. She was professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The front desk staffs were also super friendly and welcoming. Although the fee wasn’t cheap, it definitely felt worth it

Dr Zurigat is without a doubt the best medical professional I have seen in the last decade. I truly cannot thank him enough and owe him a Rolex one day if I can ever afford it. I had been suffering with a skin condition for roughly 2-3 years that caused me to lose my job then subsequently my home. I had been repeatedly dismissed and insulted by every other medical professional I'd seen, including a dermatologist in Canberra. They all assumed I was a skin-picking drug addict. I travelled from Canberra to Sydney for each appointment as there is a lack of specialists and appointments locally. I have found that all specialists cost more than a regular GP, likely due to the fact they have extra years of study, training and experience. I would've paid all the money I wasted on every other medical professional directly to Dr Zurigat as he was the only one to actually help me. The appointment was short and sweet because Dr Zurigat is so incredibly good at what he does which saved me traffic and driving time. The receptionists are bubbly, friendly, professional and worth their weight in gold. My only negative was the parking situation, I parked at the eye Hospital across the road and
