I reached out after hours expecting to wait until the next business day,but CG Commercial Cleaning responded much sooner than expected and made booking a convenient appointment incredibly easy.Pete and Cynthia arrived right on schedule, listened carefully to what I wanted done, and carried out an exceptionally thorough clean.Before leaving, they invited me to inspect everything to make sure I was completely satisfied, which showed how much they cared about the quality of their work.The service was worth every dollar, and the standard of cleaning exceeded my expectations. I'd gladly request Pete and Cynthia again for future cleans.

I'm probably fussier than most when it comes to cleaning, so I tend to notice the little things. That's why I appreciated how CG Commercial Cleaning handled our Chatswood office. Communication with Natasha was excellent from the outset. It was easy to discuss exactly what we wanted, and any questions were answered quickly before, during and after the clean. The team worked hard for several hours, covering the office, meeting room, kitchen, amenities and reception area.I did need to point out a couple of areas that I'd like done differently, but I also recognise everyone has different expectations.Rather than arguing the point, they arranged for the team to return and finish the items I'd raised without any hassle.That level of customer service says a lot about the business.Now that they understand our preferences, I'm confident future cleans will be even better. Good value, easy to deal with and a company that genuinely stands behind its work.
