I just got the keys to a rental unit and I knew the carpets were the first thing I had to clean. Kevin had amazing reviews on Google, is located nearby and responded to my call quickly, gave me a fair quote and his availability. He is polite, and helpful with me getting photos I need for the condition report. He worked efficiently and gave the carpets in the entire apartment a new feel. He showed me signs that the carpets probably have never been steam cleaned in the last 10 years and so he was working with tired carpets. I like that he is a one man operation so you know you will get Kevin when you hire their services, not whoever is on roster that day. Thank you Kevin!

There are carpet cleaners and then there is Kevin.. he's the guy who is a craftsman in the art of of cleaning carpets. My teenage daughter has some very bad stains in her carpet which another carpet cleaner couldn't lift and I called Kevin to see if he could help. After looking at the photos I sent him, he didn't muck me around.. he said he couldn't promise anything but would do everything possible to lift them. And that he did! Kevin treated each stain with its own individual spa treatment.. applying the appropriate product and technique after a thorough inspection. He explained everything he was doing and happily answered every question I had. The end result speaks for itself.. stains that had previously been deemed 'unliftable' had either disappeared or almost disappeared! Kevin's pride in his work is obvious and he goes above and beyond to get the best possible result. Thanks Kevin.. you are worth your weight in gold!

Kevin did an extraordinary job cleaning our carpet! He has a great approach to his clients from the very beginning. He explains every step of the way and doesn't make any empty promises. He is very enthusiastic and friendly. We were thrilled when we got home. He put so much effort into removing the stains, especially the cat urine. We can't thank him enough! This is the first time I’ve used Kevin’s services. He came recommended to me and I was not disappointed. Firstly he arrived promptly and after seeing the carpets he explained what he was going to do. I was having cleaned two bedrooms, both badly stained. If Kevin was not able to get a good result I was going to have to replace. I’m happy to say the carpets came up so well - beyond my expectations. He took his time to get the best result possible and I could not be happier. It was also Kevin’s manner and customer service that stands out - he is a person of integrity and professionalism. I will definitely go to Kevin in future and recommend him to all my family & friends.

Highly, highly recommend!!! Kevin is fantastic from start to finish. Great communication, prompt, and very meticulous. He cleaned our 2-bed apartment, and the job was exceptional! We will definitely be using his services again for our next property.
