I had a very disappointing experience at Chachu's. The chicken biryani was not fresh, and the chicken was extremely dry and tough, making it almost impossible to eat🤮🤮. The quality of the food was far below expectations🤢 , and I was genuinely concerned about food safety. If you want to avoid the risk of food poisoning, I would not recommend this restaurant. Definitely not coming back.🤢🤮🤮

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I ordered a vegetarian samosa kathi roll, but it smelled strongly of egg. It appears that the restaurant uses the same utensils and cooking equipment for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food without proper separation. This is completely unacceptable for vegetarian customers and those with religious or dietary restrictions. I felt misled and lost trust in the restaurant's food preparation standards. The hygiene and food handling practices need serious improvement. I will never visit this restaurant again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for genuine vegetarian food.🤮🤮🤮🤮

Delicious, fast and friendly service. The Khati rolls were delicious inside and out. The Vada Pav was much larger than I expected and so it was very good value. Great value for lunch for two people

I got a menulog delivery of a chicken biryani which is dry on one side and full of liquid on other. Seems not to be a fresh biriyani.. the biriyani is too salty and cant eat. Throwing to trash and walking to McDonald's gor a burger meal.. what a horrible decision to order a meal which was delayed by an hour for delivery.

Good variety of rolls. Nice taste and quality. We had samosa roll and paneer tikka rolls, and really like both of them. Will come again to try other vegetarian/ Vegan options The have 20% off on chefs special every day on already well priced menu.
