5 days since made purchase online. Getting lots of promotional emails but still no sign email/text regarding item being shipped, or to confirm a delivery date. Very frustrating. In future will stick with Amazon or ebay, for expected delivery date at time of purchase. Regretting my purchase from Betta. If I have to phone store it will be to cancel order.

I ordered online on May 14 and paid in full at checkout. For the next week I heard nothing from them — no updates, no shipping confirmation, no heads-up that anything was wrong. I called today to follow up and was told the item isn’t available at this store. Instead of explaining what happened or offering a proper resolution, they just wanted to transfer my order to another store mid-call. No new delivery date, no acknowledgement of the delay, no real accountability. The stock issue itself isn’t the problem. What’s frustrating is going a full week with no communication, then being shuffled to another store as if that fixes anything. It says a lot about how their orders and customer service actually work. Worth thinking twice before ordering here, especially anything you pay for upfront.

They are a complete disaster! Placed an online order, and 8 days later, still no product, no updates, no email, no calls, nothing. Called the store, and it looked like they just realised they had an order pending from last week. They didn't have the item, so I asked for a refund, but they couldn't do it on the spot; they had to call the head office!!!! 8 days later, no item, and they won't refund my money. Do not waste your time buying anything from them—a completely useless website and store.

The microwave oven (828721) is very handy for elderly users. The heat is even for many kinds of food in small portions. My family enjoys our recently purchased Panasonic product very much.

Positive experience from beginning to end with the team. I came in to purchase a fridge and the team were able to help from answering my queries and organising prompt delivery. Nothing felt pushy or over the top. I also watched them handle items out for delivery with great care. Thanks for your help today team!
