Very disappointed with your recent reduction of free parking time from 3 hours to 2. For 15 years I’ve been parking with you because 3 hours was very convenient to get most things done in Chatswood; and Chatswood Chase was easy to park in. Better than Westfield parking - which is so spread out. Then you disrupted everything for months - ‘chopping up the place’ - making parking hard - and a hassle - - but you said it would make it better - and I believed you. But sadly you lied to us - you reduced the standard free parking time from 3 hours to 2 hours - which is not enough time - to shop in a large centre like Chatswood! - Now I have to go and park in Westfield. I won’t be shopping in Chatswood Chase anymore and I bet a lot of other shoppers will do the same and avoid your shops, food outlets and restaurants! I wonder how all those shops and food outlets will appreciate you when their sales go down because of your inconvenient annoying reduced parking time?!

Really bad roll out of ticketless parking. Confirmation email from 3rd party provider, Vicinity Parking : 1. Did not say that registered address must be verified at their office on-site 2. Does not have contact phone number for enquiries. Also Chatswood Chase Concierge said that issues will not be resolved by phone anyway. Chase Concierge said that there have been lots of customer complaints, yet this doesn't seem to be a priority for them to fix? What a joke considering they want people to spend money at the new high end, boutique shops? 3. Did not provide conditions for parking, details of which residents are eligible for 3 hours free parking. Only residents in the Willoughby Council area qualify so Chase will lose customers eg from North Sydney but guess Chase doesn't care? Contrast this with the time when Wilsons Parking implemented ticketless parking at Westfield, it was pretty seamless and painless.

The current signage is inadequate and highly confusing. Specifically, the exit for Arthur Street is misleading, causing drivers to drive in circles. On a recent visit, after several failed attempts to find the correct exit, I was forced to exit through Malvern instead. To improve navigation, I suggest painting street names on the floor and sign boards on the wall, rather than the ceiling. This would allow drivers to maintain their focus on the correct exits rather than looking out for directions. Looking forward to ticketless parking for swift entry and exit. The one-hour parking on the left lane of Victoria Avenue should be removed. This lane is already restricted by a bus stop and a post box, which creates a significant bottleneck and makes it difficult for vehicles to safely turn left into the parking area. If you intend for the Malvern Avenue entrance to remain a viable option for motorists, significant improvements are required.

Abusive and intimidating behaviour at Chatswood Chase car park The entry machine did not issue a ticket. I pressed the button several times and no ticket was printed. The boom gate opened and I entered in good faith, assuming my licence plate had been recorded. About one hour later, when exiting, I had no ticket because I never received one. When I contacted the operator, I was treated rudely and dismissively. I explained clearly that I did not lose a ticket, I never received one. The operator refused to listen, accused me of losing the ticket, ended the call and imposed a ten dollar charge without any investigation. A second staff member then gave a different version, saying the charge should be eight dollars under policy. No explanation. No consistency. A third staff member, who identified himself only as Matthew with no visible ID, became openly intimidating. He raised his voice, ordered me to remove my car and threatened to call the police. I was in the car with my child and two elderly family members. Despite this, I was pressured and threatened. I was also falsely accused of entering behind another car, which is untrue. I paid the ten dollars only to be able to leave.

Unbelievable unprofessional. On their website, they state that they are open om public holidays. Christmas day it was closed. And not only this one, it is not visible if the car park is closed or open. The driver discover it only after he/she drives down the ramp. And then there is no way out. It is one way and not turn around option. The driver has to go up the ramp thr wrong way! This is a traffic hazard. Wilson must be reported to council and police for creating a dangerous traffic hazard and puts the drivers in a dangerous situation.
