For the last few weeks, it has taken me more than 40 minutes to get out of the car park, and one time I was late for pickups even though someone was waiting for me on the next road.

What an unorganised carpark. The ticket machines don't work so I've been caught out twice now when I would of been within the time bracket but because I had to walk up the ramps and pay at the gate it's been 2 or 3 minutes over

Plenty of parking with rego plate ID. Tickets not needed.

I arrived before 9 am and there was ample parking. I left at 11:30 am and whilst it was very busy there was good traffic flow to exit the parking lot.

The car park's sensor system requires immediate attention. Approximately 20% of the sensors are malfunctioning, displaying green even when spaces are occupied, leading to inaccurate occupancy readings. This has been the case for quite some time. It's a real shame that with all the money that busy car park makes, they can't fix it up a bit.
