Had a fantastic experience purchasing our new car. Jimmy and Zahra were amazing. Super helpful and answered every question we had…and we had a lot! Jimmy was laid back and not the stereotypical “sales person” we all hear about. Zahra was a fountain of knowledge and ensured that the finance options we had was going to leave us in the best financial position. Highly recommend the Chatswood dealership

I would like to recognise Chris for his outstanding service. He was professional, patient, easygoing, and made the whole car-buying process much more enjoyable. I came in very close to closing time and needed a car urgently, but Chris never made me feel rushed. He took the time to walk me through the car, waited patiently while I test drove it, and answered all my questions clearly. He also went above and beyond to help arrange delivery to my door on a Friday evening, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Chris, for making a stressful process feel smooth and enjoyable. I’d also like to acknowledge Shane, the service manager, for his professionalism and positive attitude. Overall, a great experience with Chatswood Hyundai.

Very disappointing experience with Chatswood Hyundai Service Centre. I reported a faulty fuel gauge while my vehicle was still under warranty and was assured that the issue would be covered, even though the dealership could not inspect the vehicle immediately due to their workload. Despite this, I was eventually charged approximately $280 for the repair. The process required multiple visits before the fault was correctly diagnosed. I had to return several times because the issue remained unresolved, resulting in significant inconvenience and lost time. Delays in obtaining parts further extended the repair process. What was most frustrating was that after the fuel pump sensor was replaced, I noticed a strong fuel smell entering the cabin whenever the fuel tank was filled. Upon inspection, it appeared that the repair had not been completed properly. As a customer who has serviced my vehicle through Hyundai for the past three years, I expected a much higher standard of workmanship and customer service. Instead, I experienced repeated appointments, unnecessary delays, additional costs, and considerable inconvenience. To make matters worse, the repair was not completed correctly. T

Every time I deal with their servicing team, there is a positive interaction. They welcome you as soon as you arrive, they listen to the concerns, and they provide a great product. Yes: when we bought the car, someone tried to add all the un-necessary extras, but you are the customer and you can say no. I’m very grateful for the fantastic experience I have had over the last 18 months, and yes - I still LOVE my car!

Appalling/no customer service for service at Chatswood Hyundai. Unable to get through or speak with service area for quote. Mixed up service times. No wash and vacuum as promised. Will not be returning. You have lost my business.
